To secure the services of a qualified Consultant to assist the Emergency Medical Services Agency (EMSA) in the development of two specific emergency preparedness plans. The first project consists of the Evacuation Plans for both hospitals within the County, including coordination for transportation services and with the Region V Regional Diaster Medical Health Specialist (RDMHS). The second plan will be for the establishment and operation of an Alternate Care Site, as described in the Scope of Work. The successful bidder in the above referenced procurement will be required to submit a proposal detailing the process to be utilized in the development of these plans, including all elements as contained in the County's Scope of Work.

It is the intent of the County to solicit and contract with a contractor experienced in providing and installing Video Surveillance Systems. The County desires to contract with a contractor required to provide the County with a video surveillance system that is modern, efficient, effective, and consistent with the environment that exists in law enforcement today. The County's goal is to gather information on the capabilities, requirements and costs of video surveillance systems including installation and warranty/maintenance.

Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received at the Merced County Department of Administrative Services-Support Services Division for “Home Visitor Services” performing all work necessary in accordance with the “SCOPE OF WORK” and other related documents provided herein. The purpose of having home visitors available to children and families at risk of abuse and neglect is to reduce the recidivism of substantiated reports of child abuse and neglect thus improving the quality of life in our community and strengthening families.
